I'd like switch to dual PC setup for my stream. Right now I have a 2nd PC (supposed to be streaming PC) BUT it can't boot when my PCI Capture card is connected...tried everything, no luck so I decided to sell this computer and build a budget streaming PC (only for stream, not gaming).
Anyone who is interested these are the specs that Cp. Card (Elgato 4K60pro MK2) not compatible with somehow:
AsRock X79 Extreme 4
i7 3820
16GB DDR 3 3600MHz
GTX 970
128GB samsung SSD
1TB HDD
Could you please help me make a budget build only for streaming (1080p @60), not gaming. The smaller form factor the better. My budget is around 600-800$
