Budget Streaming and CS:GO Build

I want to find a good PC build that I can play CS:GO on medium settings and stream on Twitch.tv. The price needs to be less than $600. I have to get something pre-built so that I can get financing on it. I can also play CS:GO at 720p instead of 1080p.

Pcpartpicker is the way to go, not overpriced pre-built companies, get an i3 or i5 with a GDDR5 GPU (960?) and it would be under $600 even if you need to buy the other parts.

Yea I made a similar one, but in Canadian prices, I would boost the i5 to the 3.5GHz one, you only really need 6G of RAM, and you should get at least a bronze PSU, the versa case in newer and better imo, you'll want at least a R9 280 GPU.

I like this build but why didn't you include the OS in the build? That is an extra $100 that makes it a $700 build instead of a $600 build.
