hello. im looking for a budget (preferably the cheapest or max $800) PC build that can PLAY alot of games and only STREAM CS:GO at 720p@60fps BUT 720p@30fps is also fine with me. I'm not really looking into streaming AAA titles at all. Will an i7 be necessary or is an i5 sufficient enough? I'm also not sure what to do parts-wise after the CPU.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks :^)

Solution
Okay, in response to both of your builds.
@ GraySilencer, you haven't included a HDD, and an i7 is overkill for 720p streaming, an i5 will be more than enough.
@ Hellfire13, the power supply you have in that build is absolutely terrible and components aren't great value, and no SSD is included.
Go for this OP, it is the best value and features both an SSD for the boot drive (OS and software) and HDD for storage.

You will generally want to go with the best CPU you can for streaming. Here's a i7 build:

that 3gb card is pretty underpowerd...better to raise the budget another 50bucks and get the 6gb card...it is worth the extra 50bucks...

It isn't that bad, it's like a energy efficient GTX 780. However it would be worth it to get the 6GB version if he can afford to.

the budget was not allowing a better psu, else i wud have certainly recommended...but the parts u have given are more terrible/cheap...i mean who usus a potenza over ripjaw??? :sarcastic:
and that ssd is not even worth considering...
and the card still remains underpowered...

anyways i ll let the op decide wat suits him more...a bit of reviews and comparisons of the components is recommended...

The GTX 1060 3GB performs the same, actually a little better than the RX 480.
The Geil Potenza RAM was quite good value for money, and it is still a good kit, the Ripjaws 4 kit would have been $10 more.
The OCZ Trion 150 is one of the best value SSDs in the mid range around, not much to say there....
Even if you say the budget didn't allow for a good PSU, the new Corsair CXM 450w is $44, and is much better quality than the builder series.
