Budget system build - Rate/10

Just wondering what you guys think of this PC that I'm trying to get my friend to convert from consoles. How would it run a game such as BF4, it is on a budget of <$1000AUD and as it stands costs $778AUD.

Mobo: Asus MSA97 $114
GPU: Gigabyte R9 270x OC Windforce 4GB $253
Memory: Kingston hyperfury 1 stick 8GB $91
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB $63
PSU Corsair V550W $65
Case: Coolermaster NSE-400 $59

Get a cheaper cpu such as a fx 6300 and spend more on the gpu eg r9 270x and then its a 10 from me. it would run bf4 at high-ultra at 1080p i think
