Budget update of PC

Hello everybody..
I want to upgrade my old computer with new components, because I reached the limit of RAM 4GB for my MotherBoard. And the processor is already unable to cope with the set task (in most programming and video games from time time).
And I want to upgrade my Pc in 3 steaps, an initial budget of $ 250. I have Nvidia GT video card 8600 (from old PC) and Power Supply 350W.

I want to buy first:
1) Motherboard Asus M5A97 R2.0
2) Processor AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz/5200MHz /8MB
3) RAM Kingston DDR3-1600 4096MB PC3-12800 HyperX FURY Blue


I would be very grateful for the comments about the first step update

In my region is not working amazon. So the best choice for me is definitely an option user -HH-. Just it best fits into my budget.

In reality, you want i5-4460/4590/4690 (whichever is cheaper) + MSI P33/E33/E34/E35 or Gigabyte DS3H (whichever is cheaper) + 2x4 RAM (if the Mobo has 4 RAM slots) or 1x8 RAM (if the Mobo has 2 RAM slots aka so you can upgrade to 16GB later on).

There is no rocket science to it

Makes sense, just some people prefer clicking and buying as opposed to personal research I guess. I personally do loads of research when buying my components but that's because im looking for something very specific.
