budget upgrade for my PC (Gaming)

I'm looking to upgrade my current PC for as little as possible, I can still play triple A titles on it, but only achieve moderate/low graphics quality and game performance. Here are my current specs:

Cpu: Intel(r) core(tm) i7-3770k @3.5 ghz (overclocked to 4.1)
Memory 8gb ddr3
storage 1 ssd (120gb runs opertating system), 1 hybrid ssd 1.0 tb (games), 1 standard
7200rpm drive (personal files)
Gpu nvidia geforce gtx 950

Obviously, you need a gfx card upgrade ASAP
The i7-3770k (even at stock clocks) is still a powerful gaming CPU. Tom's Hdwr. still has it in the top tier.
If your budget can afford it, I'd put a GTX 1070 in your build assuming you have a good 550W PSU or better.
