Budget Video Editing

I am looking for a laptop to edit short films on while on the road. Would a build with a i5-8300H CPU, 8 GB Memory, GTX 1050 2 GB GPU, 128 GB SSD, and 1 TB HDD work well. I plan on upgrading to 16gb of ram in a couple of months.

Yes those specs are fine for video editing. Of course the faster system you get the faster things will run, but it is not a bad system.
