I want to buy a PC that is compatible with an Elgato HD60Pro.

Here are the general Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro System Requirements. Windows: • Windows 10 (64-bit) • 4th generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-4xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost • PCIe 2.0 or higher (x1/x4/x8/x16) slot • 4GB Total Installed RAM (or higher).

My budget would be £400 but I would be willing to increase it up to around £550 if it's for the best. I also would rather get a gaming pc, but I understand they are usually much more expensive. Thanks!
