Question Buffering problem when streaming tvapp2

I currently stream some TV shows through an app called tvapp2. The problem is every once in a while it stops streaming and tries to refresh or rebuffed.They show an ad that says "subscribe and enjoy seamless streaming without buffering problems. Can I make an adjustment in the computer to stop the interruptions without spending on a subscription.
