Bug code usb driver

I kept getting the bug code usb driver blue screen of death. I opted to just format the drive and reinstall windows 7. It was working fine for a day or so and now it is happening again. I also got a blue screen that said system service exception. Could it be a hardware issues. I few weeks ago I was trying to max out my ram slots and it didn't like it so I went back to my original 2 sticks of ram in stead of 4. Any thoughts? I may just try and reformat again and reinstall.

It would be a good idea to download and run memtest86 4.0a and run for at least 3 passes to test your memory, I suspect that you have memory problems.

I had checked them all before but only did one pass. I'll run it overnight for 3 passes. Thanks.

Haven't had a chance to check my memory, but when it rebooted after getting the bsod here is what windows said about the shutdown. ALso, my computer won't post after this error and I have to leave it alone for a while unitl it will.
