Bug in windows 10 Home

"objective reference not set to an instance of an object" this bug appears to me when windows 10 home starts ...how can i solve this?

Something is trying to read a property value in the registry that is NULL. The error will have a bit more detail as to what is doing this. The product Act! seems to be a big culprit.

If you're stumped you can try two things:

1) Rollback to earlier Restore Point (make note of any program changes), or

2) Do an in-place upgrade from W10 to W10 with the Install media. Basically:
a) boot into Windows
b) insert DVD/USB
c) run "startup.exe" (on the W10 install disc/USB)
d) follow instructions but make sure you keep your PROGRAMS and DATA

could be one of your install apps/services. need to know which apps/services giving you that error

i've recovery iso files ..does this work by burning in usb or CD/DVD ?
