BUG in Windows,need help!

So I just fresh installed Windows 8.1.

I started installing programs,etc,and I countered a problem:

I need some help fixing this bug, it's really ugly,and it won't dissapear, no matter what I do.

Aside form the Odd color scheme you've chosen, what bug are you referring to?
And I moved this to windows 8, I dont know why you had it in laptop tech support.

Well,the pin symbol and the close symbol is as you can see,bugged. The odd color scheme won't change,no matter what I do... 🙁
