Bugcheck 278 code error? Time to RMA Graphic card?

From the past 2-3 weeks, I am getting this Bugcheck 278 error in Windows 7 64Bit, my monitor goes into power save mode and I am forced to shutdown the pc. Temps are fine.

Whocrashed report says it's Probably caused by: nvlddmkm.sys

But I clean installed windows 2 days ago, upgraded/downgraded video drivers and tested my rams(no errors) though not with memtest. Still I get this error.
I only bought this graphic card(MSI 560GTX Non-Ti 1GB) 6 months ago. Is it time to RMA?

All other drivers are up-to-date(excluding bios update)

My system config:

Intel Core i5 2500K Processor
Biostar tz68k+ Motherboard
2 X 4 GB 1600Mhz Corsair RAM
600Watt Corsair Gaming PSU
MSI 560GTX Non-Ti 1GB

I know I created a similar type of thread not long ago but I didn't write it very well so created a new one.

Please reply and Thanks.

Thanks for replying, I have also have automatic restart problem. They happen anytime. Can dying graphic card also cause this? I had already unticked automatic restart in startup and recovering options in system properties. I get Bugcheck code 0 error in event viewer after these sudden restarts.

What I have done is removed the graphic card(560gtx) and installed an old one(xfx 9600gt), let's see if there are any errors/graphic card driver crashing.

I also have removed 2 RAMs and inserted them into other slots. Will soon test them with memtest.

If random restarts still persist(after checking rams with memtest with no errors) then either psu or mobo is the cause.

Thanks for replying again rolli59.
