Hello,
I have recently been experiencing problems with my PC. It continues to reboot due to a BugCheck which is coded 0x00000024 (0x000000b500190637, 0xffffd000dafcd4b8, 0xffffd000dafcccc0, 0xfffff8014056a1f9). I will attach a DMP file if needed. Please reply with any information.
Thanks.
Edit 1: The computer will BSOD for "BAD_POOL_HEADER" once in a while. I am not sure if that is associated with my problem.

Solution
Ok, it seems like the NTFS file system is corrupted 🙁. In an admin command prompt window, run this command without quotation marks: "Chkdsk /f /r". This will check for file system corruption and try to resolve it. It will then ask for confirmation. Type "Y" into the cmd window (again, without quotation marks.). Then restart the PC, and the process will run before windows is booted. After it is completed, it will boot back into windows. It also may be that the HDD is failing, so after running this download the HD tune program from below:

http://www.hdtune.com/

and run the error scan, then post back the percentage of damaged blocks it found.

Hopefully, by now the corruption should be solved!! If not, post back here and we'll try to...

As for the BSOD's, see this video on how to resolve it:

Solution

I attempted to use the CMD, but it got stuck on 10%. I am refreshing the OS right now. I will keep you posted.

UPDATE: I cannot refresh the OS for some reason...

UPDATE 2: Attempting the HDD repair again.

Exactly how patient should I be, and is there any way to boot back into the OS after I start this?

Ok, its seems that the BSOD and the bug check might be related to the memory 🙁.

To test this, do the following:

Click Start or press the Windows key
Type "mdsched.exe" (without the quotes)
Chose one of the available options.
If you choose the second option, the scan will start the next time you boot the computer. If you choose the first option, the computer will reboot and start the scan immediately.

During the scan, you will see options to change the type of scan and how many times to scan. You should leave it alone unless you really suspect something wrong with your RAM and the normal scan does not find it.

Once the scan finishes, Windows will start, and within moments a bubble notification will appear, stating that the scan is finished. Click on this bubble to view the scan report.

In the scan report, it should give the number of errors. If there are errors, there is no question that this problem is due to faulty RAM. The only way to solve it would be to replace the RAM 🙁.

DO NOT ABORT CHKDSK WHEN IT HAS STARTED!! YOU RUN THE RISK OF DATA LOSS AND POSSIBLE CORRUPTION OF THE OS!!! Only when it has completed stage 3 is it safe to abort. Otherwise, you run the risk of data loss. Chkdsk can take 1-2 hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient. I achieved it in 15 mins only because the drive was an SSD and only 120GB.
