Bugcheck Problem 0x0000004e

I would like to know if anyone has experienced a similar
bugcheck "0x0000004e (0x0000008f, 0x00004395, 0x0000a2df,
0x00000000)".

The server rebooted while under heavy load and have been
unsuccesful in tracking down the cause of the problem up
to this point.
