BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER Error message

I have just built a new PC and after installing windows 8 successfully I then went on to install windows 8.1. This seemed to work successfully but after 20 seconds of being on the desktop I got a blue screen (with smiley) with the message "BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER" . The PC then restarts and goes back to the desktop where this happens again and continues in this loop cycle.

you would want to got to your machines vendors website and update
your Ethernet (LAN) driver or your wireless LAN driver.

for more help than that, I would have to have access to your memory .dmp file
for now, grab the updates, install them, reboot and see if the problem happens again.
