Im going to build a pc, my uses is for video editing ( premiere pro ) and perhaps light editing.

my budget is pretty tight, considering the price is pretty different from my country.

i think i will use a 1050ti and a hybrid storage system ( if probable )

can you choose the best build and the most valuable?
 
Not easy with the current memory prices and VGA going crazy up...
But this would do very decent video editing.
