Build number one: http://

Build Number two: http://

I am building a PC with 75,000 INR budget. No monitors, No harddisks, no keyboard mouse needed.

Are those builds right? If not then what should I change and why?

I have one 1080p res monitor right now. Going to upgrade to one 4K display and 2 1080p monitors in future.

If you could build your own config from http://www.golchhait.com/ under 75,000 INR that would be awesome.

Is 970 SLI better than one 980?

Go for build no. 2 with few changes
GS 800 is overkill unless you're thinking about an SLI in future. So go 550W.
And Z97 is not required since you're not overclocking. But if you want to overclock then get i5 4690K and good CPU Cooler.
You should go for a better case than k380 which have more room for future expansions
And if you're getting GTX 970 from Zotac then make sure you get the AMP Extreme or Omega otherwise MSI gaming 4G or Gigabyte Gaming G1.

I'm not going to overclock. Which motherboard should I go for then? I want it to support higher MHz of RAM.
Plus i'm going to upgrade to one 4K TV and 2 1080p monitors soon, so should I go for 970 SLI in future or just buy 980 now?
Which case do you suggest?

Please pick from http://www.golchhait.com/

4K TV + 2 1080P monitors? Are you going to game on all of them? Or are they just for other works?
If you're going to then you better wait for the 8GB versions of the 970 and then SLI them.
CAS is more important than MHz when it comes to RAM's you should not go higher Clock speed but rather lower CAS. CAS 8 1866Mhz would be faster than CAS 11 2400 Mhz..
And for case you should go for something like the Corsair 300R or 400R or someother full tower case.

I didn't know anything about CAS! Tell me more. I'll be gaming only on 4K. Others are for work things.

CAS Latency is how much time it takes the memory to access something or you may say respond to something. The lower the better. However in gaming it really doesn't matter that much and high frequency RAM's aren't just worth it you should check this out--> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWgzA2C61z4
And 970 SLI is enough and will give you more FPS than a single 980 in 4K.
