I am looking for a new computer that can run games like Overwatch at atleast 150+ FPS if possible, I wish to be able to run games up to 3 years from now (even if i have to do low settings) I just need a high performance computer, please help.

Solution
Re use the case and drives. You may be able to sell the old parts off and use a GTX 1070 with the extra money. If you do this, change the PSU for the 550 watt version.
