[SOLVED] Build 1 or Build 2?

Solution
I advise adding a small SSD (Like this 128GB one: https://www.newegg.com/team-group-gx2-128gb/p/N82E16820331313?Description=128gb ssd&cm_re=128gb_ssd--20-331-313--Product&quicklink=true) to this to install Windows your OS on. It will both improve boot times and give your more storage space, for not much extra cost ($20) . As to which parts to choose, wait until NVIDIA's RTX 3070 and AMD's Ryzen 4th gen releases in October. This will drive both your CPU and GPU prices down, likely allowing you to get the B450 chipset with the Ryzen 7 2700x and RTX 2060 for about the same price as the second list.
If you're planning to overclock, get a separate tower cooler. If not, the stock cooler should be just fine.
That's my advice.

Trying to see which will give me the most performance? (i mainly play Fortnite/CSGO/Rainbow 6), anything helps!

144hz FreeSync monitor too.

Honestly, neither. The power supply was a bad place to try and save $17. I'd try to do the best build I can without giving up the CX.
