build a computer for titan x

Dear all, recently i plan to build a computer for my titan x card. I need your suggestions for the following configuration
CPU: intel core i7 6700K (€392)
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-Deluxe (€311)
RAM: Corsair DDR4 3000MHz 64G (€531)
Case: Fractal Design ARC Midi Tower (€92)
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power L8 700W (€90)
Storage: WD Red Pro 4TB (€242)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock (€32)
Is this configuration reasonable? Thanks

It's good but I would use a different cooler, maybe h100i corsair, also you will have to remove the HDD bay of the case to fit the titan.

thank you, Gingerbread! I do admit the cooler seems less powerful compared to the other components. i think i'll go for the be quiet! dart rock pro 3.
about the case, i got an old version of Fractal Design Define R4 Black pearl. it's also a midi size tower and titan x fits with all 8 HDD bays in it. but this ARC Midi R2 may have some problems? do you have some suggestions for the case? should i go for a full tower?
