I need help building a PC with the Nividia GTX 1080 TI with a budget around 1500 dollars more or less. I will be also needing a monitor a mouse and a keyboard. I will be using it for gaming. I want to build something that looks good and performs very well.

Solution
if you increased your budget to $2000 you could get the 1080ti as well as the G-Sync monitor AND the Ryzen 7 2700.
All in all, that would be the more ideal build.

Here's that build for you.

I have checked many websites like Amazon, Intel, AMD, Ebay and many more. I know i might need to pay more especially that i have to buy a monitor a mouse and a keyboard

You'll definitely have to pay more. the 1500 will pretty much get you just the system without mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
And if when you say your budget is $1500, I do hope you mean in USD currency. Cuz in your currency, that's like $408 USD and I can tell you right now, that's not even enough to buy just the 1080ti itself.

It's okay i don't mind paying a bit more and i definitely mean dollars and not UAE currency. Do you think that if i bought everything on Black Friday it will be cheaper or it won't be that big of a difference.

last question I guess. You gave us a budget in USD. Did this number come about from you doing a conversion of UAE money to USD?
Or are you buying from American websites? You say you've looked at Amazon, except there's no Amazon for the UAE, but there is an Amazon owned site for Dubai and UAE called Souq. Is that what you're referring to?

This is definitely information we kind of need since there's no PCPP for your region of the world.

And building a system using something like Amazon for the US may not work well since some PC components aren't available in certain countries, or some are more expensive than others while it's the other way around in the US.

I going to be buying everything from US Amazon and like you said some parts are unavailable in some countries that's why i'm buying online from US Amazon. If you know any sites that i can buy from i'm open for suggestions. I might buy some stuff from here if they are cheaper or there is a discount and it's available in UAE.

Here's a few sites you can search around on.

As for your build, since you say US Amazon is a go for you, I offer you two versions of the build.
The first being slightly over budget since when limiting your retailer to Amazon only, the 1080ti you have to buy is one that costs way more than others do on some other sites like newegg.

Second being that we drop the 1080ti down to a 1080 and we can get you an SSD added in there as well as upgrading the monitor to a G-Sync one.

Of course, you can choose to opt out of the G-Sync monitor and go with the previous option I provided and can either just keep that money saved, or put it towards a CPU upgrade to the Ryzen 7 2700
