build a good gaming pc 700-850?

Hi guy's and girls :)
Well I'm a newcomer here. I was told this is the place to come for good relay able help.
So I keep picking different custom gaming pc's and every ones saying their bad just build one so... I guess I will haha.
I have 700-850 euros to spend. I would like to spend 850 max. I don't know a hole lot about this kind of stuff so any and all help is welcome!

Things I dont need: windows, mouse, keyboard, monitor.
Don't know if this is important or not but I do live in Ireland.

Oh and if it's not to much trouble, could the different parts be in euros if not it's fine :)
I do play a lot of games btw lol

instead of having 8GB on your video card you should have 4GB and have 800+ watts on your power supply.
