Question build a intel d2700dc board system

I bought a €5 intel d2700dc board
specs:
mini itx form factor
builtin atom cpu d2700, duo core 2.13 GHz
chipset NM10 express
2 sodimm ddr3 slots, max 4GB
DVI, HDMI connection
2 sata II ports
Builtin graphic: Intel GMA 3650
only one free pci slot, no pcie slot

Any suggestion what system I can built with this board in 2020. I understand intel GMA has driver issues for both Windows and Linux.
