I am at a dilemma here and need some advice. Right now I have an Alienware Aurora R4, it has and i7 3820, 8GB ram and a GTX 970 and Windows 7.
Would this PC still be good for this year of gaming? I can run Battlefield 1 maxed out, The Division maxed out and Witcher 3 maxed out as well, I haven't had any problems running newer titles of last year. The only real game I am looking forward to is Mass Effect Andromeda, but Bioware hasn't released the PC specs for it yet. But, I have some extra money for a $1000 budget PC build and was wondering should I just build a new one seeing how I have the money or keep the one I have?
Here is some parts I found and was wondering if everything I have listed will work together? https://goo.gl/Q66Tfc

I have a liquid cooler for the CPU it's a Corsair H60, and I have windows 7, I don't really have the desire to upgrade to 10 yet. I don't want a newer GPU as my 970 has been eating up games I have been throwing at it.
All feedback is much appreciated!
