Build a pc used for video editing. No gaming.

Can a server cpu be used on a gaming motherboard? I'm trying to keep the cost down to around $2000.00.

Components looking at...
CPU: Zeon E5-2670
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: Ballistix Sport 32GB (8GBx4), DDR3 @ 1600 MHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia Quadro K4200
Case: Corsair 200r

(I have the PSU already. So $2000.00 not including PSU.)
PSU: EVGA 550w (80 PLUS Gold)


Don't know about the motherboard. Will I be able to use a gaming (no over clocking) motherboard?
