Build Advice 9600K 1070

I am going to build a custom gaming pc for about 1300. I am looking forward to play, pubg, csgo, fortnite, battlefield 1,4,5 and also any new games that come up. I have a rough draft for my parts and was looking for some advice.

SPECS:
Cpu: Intel i5-9600k
Cooler: H100i Pro 240mm
Gpu: Prob a 1070 or 1070ti
Mobo: Gigabyte z390 Aorus Pro
Ram: 16gb of Corsair vengance RBG Pro (2x8)
Psu: EVGA Supernova G3 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 55 with 3 RGB Fans or another one
Fans: 3x Corsair RBG 120mm

Now that you know my specs do you have any comments or any replacement for any of my parts i am free to any advice. Now comes the one problem i am stuck at, I am stuck on my case. Im on the wagon for the tempered glass trend and the Matrexx55 with 3 rgb fans is a good choice but having bought NZXT case before (s340) i am looking to get one from them too. But ive never had a aio water cooler and dont know where to put it either on the top of the case (like you can do in the matrexx) or in the front wich seems like what most NZXT cases will make you do. My question is does the placement of the radiator affect performance like the top compared to the front. Please help and thanks in advance

A Noctua NH-D15 will fit inside many cases (check that yours supports 168 mm height or so), and, outperforms many of the fluid-fans' AIO affairs, and, probably costs less as well...; mine is dead silent inside a Corsair 100R case.
