Hey, I'm looking for prebuilt hardware to act as a dedicated server which ultimately will run a Digital Combat Simulator (DCS) server.

There won't be any GUI, so it doesn't need a GPU, just a strong CPU and RAM.
The budget is $400 bucks. DCS is not supporting multi threading.

Also need a motherboard capable of a 1gbit internet connection.
