Hopefully this is the right subforum to ask this

Budget (including currency): 500-600$ (Europe)
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photoshop, Lightroom .raw/video editing. Minor gaming old/new, competitive/casual 1080p maybe 1440p later on.
Other details I usually build my pc for every 3-5 years, and try to get some budget friendly options that would last the next 3-5 years. Im lost with motherboards/memory/case options this time.
I have GTX 1070 OC and Ryzen 3600 ready and need the rest, my plan is to upgrade the GPU next year to 2000/3000 series and in couple of years maybe get a used ryzen 3900/5900 that would fit the motherboard. I appreciate if the PC would be as silent as possible but still have good airflow. I really don't know what to look for from motherboard besides some extra PCI slots for my external soundcard. I don't need RGB/ glass panels/ watercooling.

This is my current setup that i've been looking at, feel free to suggest better options. Some options might not be available in Europe.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (Already have it)
GPU : ASUS GTX 1070 DUAL OC (Already have it)
CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo
Motherboard: MSI B550 Tomahawk or Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (Don't know if I should just go with B550 instead of B450/x470, I don't like the x570 cooler though)
M.2: Kingston A2000 500Gt
SSD: Crucial MX 500 1 TB
RAM: I will be going with 32GB (2x 16GB) and maybe adding it to 64GB. How much difference would there be between 3000/3200/3600 MHz. I would go with the 3000 MHz option unless 3200/3600 is much better. Options listed are at the same price range.
1: Kingston HyperX Fury 3000/3200/3600
  1. G.Skill Ripjaws V 3000/3200/3600
  2. G.Skill Sniper X 3200
  3. Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000/3200/3600
PSU: Corsair CV 650, 80 Plus Bronze (70$) or Corsair RM 650x, 80 PLUS gold (130$). Is 650w enough for this setup and maybe later on for 2000/3000 GTX series ?
Case: Completely lost here, I need a good airflow with 140mm coolers that is silent, and about 2-3 SSD slots and 2-3 HDD slots. I've been looking at Fractal Design Define S2/Meshify and Phanteks. Cable management is a huge plus.
No. Of Monitors: 2

3600mhz CL16 is the sweet spot for Ryzen 3000 series...

For your current setup, a good quality 550w like the one listed below should be enough. If you plan to get a PSU with 5900 + 3090 in mind, you will need atleast a quality 750w.
