I honestly need some help to see if the components I have chosen will suit my needs decently and also give me medium to high graphics for games such as total war, stellaris, and civilization. I'm not looking for ultra graphics but decent fps would be nice. My total budget for spending is preferably under $1500.

What I've chosen so far

Operating System: Windows 10 Home (64-bit Edition)

CPU: Intel® Core™ Processor i5-8600 3.10GHz 9MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1151 (Coffee Lake)

CPU / Processor Cooling Fan: DeepCool GAMMAXX GT 120mm

Motherboard: ASRock Z370 Pro4 ATX w/ RGB, USB 3.1, 2 PCIe x16, 3 PCIe x1, 6 SATA3, 2 M.2 SATA/PCIe

RAM / System Memory: 16GB DDR4/2800mhz (GSKILL Ripjaws V)

Video Card: GeForce® GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5

Power Supply: 450 Watts - Corsair CX450 80 PLUS BRONZE

Primary Hard Drive: 240GB WD Green Series SATA-III 6 Gb/s SSD

Secondary Hard Drive: 1TB SATA-III HDD

It isn't the best, I can get you a PC parts picker list for under 1500 that will be faster. https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/HJD48d/enthusiast-amd-gaming-build
This is an AMD Ryzen 7 2700 X470 build for $1400 ish, this will blow the doors of the PC you listed above.
