Just wanting your opinions to see which build would perform better, and whether or not you feel they would perform equally or similar. Any pros or cons with either? I know they are similar but some things are changed in terms of brand, aesthetics etc

Same processor.
Same Graphics Card.
Same motherboard chipset.
Same RAM amount, speed, and CAS

The build's look good, whichever route you take. I would suggest that you stick to one ecosystem for fan's and RGB'ing, that is, Metallic Gear case to pair with the fans. I would not change that PSU to the Phanteks unit, instead keep the Corsair PSU in there but at 650W.

If you build it you can get a better CPU and IMO a better GPU along with all SSD storage.
