Thanks good idea; my reasoning for keeping them separate though is for video workflow and performance optimisation, e.g keeping source files separate from exports.

I have a 1080 GPU already, so I will be using that.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro, which I hear performs better with Intel - so I am also considering an i7 9700k too - but the price jumps up quite a bit.
