Hello I have a Budget of 645 right now and I was wondering would I be able to get something to out perform the PS4?

I was hoping that this build could run Fallout 4 on high but im not very Certain so could I do Better? Btw please let me know if I don't have everything I need for the Standard Desktop requirements.

Hey nice build, I believe you will be able to run Fallout 4 on high but here is a better power supply that I recommend.
