This is a really good build, and I think it will serve you well. The GPU isn't as good as abeer72's build, and if you had more money get this:http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphics-card/inno3d-gtx660-ti-2gb-gddr5-192bit-herculez.html

But especially in your country, electricity probably costs more (just guessing though) and the 750 Ti listed above, along with using an intel CPU, will save you a lot of money.
