Build for 650$

So I recently bought a laptop with the following specs for 650$:
8 GB RAM
I5 6200U Processor
GTX 940M Graphics Card
Could I have built a better PC (Including Monitor, OS, etc.) for that price?
BTW I can still get a refund that is why I'm asking
If i can, please build me one using amazon prices
