So my friend and his family need a new desktop and I offered to build them one since they are not very tech savvy at all and their budget is 500 including sales tax which in our area is about 9% almost and here is the build I made.

Solution
if the cpu comes with a cooler then you wont need an aftermarket one. and if the motherboard has a gpu on it then you wont need the 5450. but its in the budget so it doesn't really matter. it will help having those so just if they'd like to save a little more cash

I figured I would get aftermarket just due to the fact that their son plays League of Legends for hours on end and to keep it cooler and I wanted to OC it for them also.
