Build for a friend.

Hey guys. How are you? So I am trying to piece together a build for a friend at work. She is looking to play WoW, Overwatch and a few other games but also is looking to use Pro Tools like Blender, Maya and possibly some Creative Cloud applications. She would also possibly like to stream video gameplay as well. This is a build that I pieced together the other day. What do you think?
