Not quite sure why you chose 1066MHz RAM... That's standard for first gen Core i processors. Everything else seems fine I guess for light video editing. Just get an XFX 550w PSU.

If you are gonna get a Z77 motherboard then why not get a k series i5 with a cooler? Lol if you don't wanna overclock i suggest a cheaper motherboard. But it would be alot better just to pay an extra $10 for a k series.
