Build for Adobe Premiere Pro

hey all

I need a build specifically for adobe premiere pro. Is AMD good or IS nVidia good? The budget is 100000 rupees. excluding monitor.

sry if this is a bit out of ur range. downscale on the gpu to a 1060 and save 20k.
