So, I decided to go for this spec:
CPU:Intel Core i5 6600K 3.5Ghz 6MB Cache s1151 - Tray
CS:CoolerMaster Hyper 212X CPU Cooler
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 1070 WINDFORCE OC 8GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI 3xDP PCI-E
PSU:Corsair 750W Active PFC 80+ Bronze CP-9020015-EU PSU
Case:Antec P9 WINDOW ATX Mid Tower Black Case No PSU

IS this build balanced?

I have Asus H97-Pro gaming motherboard, Should I buy other motherboard for this build like:Asus Z170-K LGA1151, Intel Z170, DDR4, 2xPCI-E, VGA, DVI, HDMI

Solution

4590 will work fine with the H97 board. 6600K will need a z170 or z270 board assuming you want to overclock. Otherwise go with a b250/h270.

Asus H97-Pro will not support the 6600K as it's socket LGA1150. You'll want to get a Z170/Z270 board if you plan on overclocking. Other than that, build looks great.

That will work but I would buy a better power supply that one from Corsair is not very good.
Get the corsair CXm 550 or 650 (550 will run that PC just fine even with some overclocking)
EVGA G2 series, Seasonic, XFX TS, or Corsair RXm

Your also going to need DDR4 memory.

Did you not read my post? 4590 is LGA1150. The 6600K is LGA 1151. If you're going to buy new their is no point in going with older hardware. Sell the Asus H97-Pro board if you already have it.
