Build for the First Time - 525$ Budget no Higher!

yeah want to run games on medium at 45+ fps

You can want all that stuff and want to play games at 45+ and want to only pay $525, but honestly, buy a console if that is your strict budget.

Monitor, OS, Keyboard, Headset, Mouse, are going to take almost half your budget right there.

This is as close as I could get. You'll probably be able to get most games at around medium settings. If you put $100 more into your build, you could get a graphics card instead of an APU, which will greatly increase performance.
