[SOLVED] Build - GTA 5/Witcher 3 maxed out at 1080p

I am going to build a new gaming rig. I mainly play WoW which probably does not need this much performance but I am going to play GTA 5 and Witcher 3 soon on my 1080p 144Hz monitor and want to be able to max the games out.

I don't have a budget but I would like to keep it sensible and humble. Please some feedback
