i currently need gpu upgrade from my current RX480
i use VRAY rendering lot
many telling dnt buy RTX gpu

can i buy this below or go for GTX 1070 >?
any cons?

Okay, Those specs are pretty good. You can easily use that RTX 2070 GPU. No worries here.
