Some questions:

1 Could you help me pick out a RAM? Is 16GB sufficient? I've heard that 3600mhz or higher is good for Ryzen, but other than that, I don't know how to differentiate between the different RAM and why they vary in price.

2. Is the 650W enough?

3. Do you have any suggestions for different parts, or see any compatibility issues?

4. If you have any tips on getting the best deals for Black Friday, please let me know!

Thank you very much!

Solution
As for the Motherboard, why did you choose the MSI X570 over the B450 Max?
It is latest gen. Has better features and connectivity options. Has more robust power phases and VRMs for pushing the clocks further without thermal throttling or upgrading to a better CPU. And, is affordable in your budget.

For the Storage, is it safe to purchase from brands other than Samsung and WD?
It is faster than both and cheaper. Also has good reviews. 970 Evo has been there for quite some time now and there are better components out there in the market.

For PSU, do you think 650W is not enough or did you simply pick 750W b/c it had the best deal?
Same quality, cheaper, and should give you more headroom for future upgrade...
This should be better...

Oh cool! So getting the 3700X would make it more future-proof since it has 8 cores. The Scythe CPU cooler has great ratings and looks better than Noctua, which is nice!
