I am currently in the process of looking for a new build that may last for some years, allowing me to play the most recent games at reasonable quality.
Since I know little about hardware, I am quite lost on the parts selection as you may guess, even after reading online.
I’d love the input from more tech-savy people as you, so thanks for your time in advance.
Here we go with the build schema:
Approximate Purchase Date: the closer the better
Budget Range: around 1800 €
System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, watching movies
Are you buying a monitor: No
Parts to Upgrade:
Do you need to buy OS: No

Location: Italy
Parts Preferences: Probably the Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB, the reason is stated at the end.
Overclocking: No
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440
Additional Comments: I am not interested in RGB or any lights coming from the hardware. I am interested in playing most new games, especially Total War Warhammer 3.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current setup, aside from the monitor, is quite outdated (6+ years), so I am having trouble running modern (or even quite old) games at low settings.
Include a list of any parts you have already selected with descriptively labeled links for parts.
