Build help please (cables)

I'm nearly ready to build my first rig, the ONLY thing I'm unsure about is where to plug the cable for the LEDs, reset button, power button etc.

The case I'm using is a corsair 300r and the motherboard is GA-Z97X-Gaming 3.

Please help, thanks.

The case manual will have instructions and probably figures to show what needs to go where. So will the mobo manual.
