Build help please

Hello I had a few questions so I decided to hop on the forums. I recently gave my last build to my father and I finally have what it takes to build another PC. My previous build was for gaming and a little bit of rendering. It had a i5-4690k, evga acx 2.0 gtx 970, asus z97-e mother board, 16 gbs of crucial ddr3 1600mhz ram, and a 750watt ps that is bronze certified from evga. I've been looking for a build and I've had multiple different builds turn up but I couldn't choose. So I've come on the forums today for some advice. Could someone please link me a Intel/invidia build tower only with a budget around $1200-1300 please I would gladly appreciate it

Also looking for either a gtx 1070 or 980 ti. I play everything from counter strike to grand theft auto so I would like a little bit of an upgrade from the 970
