It's all ok, but you can do better for the price.

First off, that PSU is terrible and terribly overpriced. This is better and cheaper:
CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

I'd grab 8GB of RAM that looks something like this and save $50:
SAMSUNG 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model MV-3V4G3D/US

You can grab a 3570k and save $100 or so, and still be just fine for gaming.

If you do all of this then you'll be able to get a 670 instead of a 660 ti and even have $$ left over to put toward a second one or whatever.
