Would really appreciate some recommendations my budget is around 1600$ prefer not to get past it also is it worth to get a DDR4 PC? is it even possible at that budget? and is it even worth? or should i stick with DDR3?

Best bet is this build. There is no point in getting x99 if you are gaming and doing mild editing. It provides no benefit to this build in gaming.
