Build Me A Gaming Pc For Livestreaming Games On Ultra! 1,000$ Budget

I've been searching around for months now but I'm tired of debating products in my head! I need a PC for live streaming league, wow, and maybe some other mmo's on max settings at 60fps stable. My budget is 1,000$ not including a monitor, keyboard&mouse, or OS. The requirements are:
1.Must Stream League, and WOW at 60fps stable(small drops to like 55 or 50 in high intensity situations are no biggy).
2.MUST BE INTEL, AND HASWELL I NEED FUTURE PROOF SPEC FOR AT LEAST 2.5 YEARS!
3.i don't really care for ssd's 7200rpm 64mb 6/gbs Drives are fine. Oh and I don't need some crazy 2x4tb shiz, 1 or 2 tbs is more than I'll need.
4.Doesn't have to be beautiful but please don't make it ugly.
5.Lastly and most important of all give info as to why you chose these parts. I like to know why my PC runs the way it does

-Haswell i5. Unlocked processor and Z87 chipset motherboard paired with a good heatsink for overclocking. The CM Hyper 212 EVO offers the best performance/price. It can cool just as well as the mid-range coolers at ~$50.
-Standard 2x4gb ram kit.
-Standard 1tb HDD.
-Standard ODD.
-Great quality psu with tons of headroom for overclocking.
-Good quality case for the price. It's probably one of the best within the $70 range right now.
-GTX 770 can max out any game at 1080p. It may be overkill for your games as a $100-150 gpu can max out your games but then you'll have enough power to play any other games you might be interested in in the future.
